

The combination was created by me with inspiration coming from Bruschetta, my wife’s favorite appetizer at the local Italian Restaurant. Its baked and finished with Shaved Parmesan and a Drizzle of Balsamic Glaze. I call it The Bruschetta Pizza! It starts with a bit of Tomato Sauce and is topped with Mozzarella, Arugula, Roasted Garlic, Goat Cheese, Sliced Tomatoes and Basil Pesto. I have attached a photo of my favorite pizza creations.
