Assembly Sign-in: Everyone must sign in at the registration desk by 8:30 am on Saturday, August 20.Meal plan: ​ We encourage you to select a meal plan option so you can enjoy fellowship with Al-Anon members from across the state and help us keep the business meeting on schedule.Parking per car over 8 hrs (or) per night: $10 (Please carpool to help reduce your group’s costs for parking/gas/tolls.) Hotel Parking ​ : If you are not an overnight guest at the hotel, you will need to get your parking ticket validated in the gift shop or front desk to get our special $5 daily parking rate / 8 hr day.If no spaces are available, additional parking is one block away at the Walnut Street Garage (please inform the Hilton front desk at check-in to receive the contracted rate). Court Street will lead you to the Hilton Parking garage. Directions to the Parking Garage: ​ From North Second Street, make a right onto Market Street, then first left onto N.All Assembly attendees must be pre-registered.

    The AEGWG will also post relevant questions along with their answers in a Questions and Answers document linked on this webpage. An AEGWG member will respond to the person asking the question via email, usually within three days. This form is primarily for Pennsylvania Area District Reps, but may be used by others, as well. In April 2022, the WSC voted to admit the Delegate for the new Global Electronic Area, which is the home for all Permanent Electronic Groups, to the World Service Conference. The AEGWG then formed a Task Force to develop a Guideline for Permanent Electronic Groups in Pennsylvania (approved August 21, 2022). In February 2022, the PA AWSC voted to recommend to the Assembly that they pass a motion to Permit Permanent Electronic Groups in the PA Service Structure. The work group gathered feedback for our Delegate to vote at the 2022 WSC. It’s called the Area Electronic Groups Work Group (AEGWG). In May 2021, the PA Area World Service Committee (AWSC) voted to form a work group to guide the Pennsylvania Area through the implications of this decision.

    All group policies in the Al-Anon/Alateen Service Manual would apply to Electronic Meetings, now that they are AFGs. In April 2021, at the World Service Conference (WSC), it was decided that Permanent Electronic Meetings will be recognized as Al-Anon Family Groups (AFGs), making them part of our World Service structure.
